Role overview:
The purpose of the Sales Development Representative is to find new sales opportunities among the universe of freelancers, studios and architectural visualization companies in the markets we serve.
In this role your primary focus will be to understand the client’s technical set up and projects in order to propose the most efficient and reliable solution for their needs.
You will be responsible for the business growth, acquiring new clients and managing long-lasting relationships.
You will create and execute a plan to drive direct customer sales and work together with the rest of the team on customer expansion and retention.
If you are a self-driven, adaptive and open to learn Sales person with an exceptionally strong customer service attitude, then this role is for you.
What you will do:
- Get to know our potential customers, their projects and biggest workflow challenges
- Evaluate, approach and acquire new customers
- Follow up on leads and prospects by phone and email
- Consult with our 3D ArchViz expert on the most efficient solution and prepare quotes
- Manage all your activities using our internal systems (HubSpot and others)
- Upsell to existing customers and renew subscription-based licenses
- Maintain accurate records and regularly update customer information within our system
- Work with vendors to provide special pricing and services
- Provide a high standard of customer service with timely response to enquiries and queries
- Meet/Exceed personal and team KPI’s
Skills and expertise we seek:
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, customer success or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience working in B2C and B2B sales structures
- Experience in managing numerous customer accounts
- Ability to work well as part of a team, and individually
- Customer-centric sales approach and attitude
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian

The purpose of the Marketing role is to inspire, educate and connect.
You will focus on creating content, gathering client stories and impressive architectural and interior design projects to demonstrate what is possible when you have the right tools.
You will lead the creation of top notch educational content in close collaboration with our 3D expert and external partners.
All this should happen in a thoughtful and caring way towards building a strong and supportive community of visualization professionals who are willing to support each other grow and learn further, a community that makes a difference locally and impacts the industry globally.
In this role, your actions and decisions will be driven by the idea to inspire individuals and organizations to create breathtaking architectural visualizations with the help of new technologies.
If you are a self-driven, adaptive and open to learn Marketer with an appreciative eye for architecture and beautiful designs, then this role is for you.
What you will do:
- Drive content strategy and create engaging content to help grow business and community
- Create strong brand message and ensure consistency across channels
- Design and carry on relevant event formats, both online and in person
- Establish new partnerships to grow brand visibility
- Work alongside the sales team to create value added campaigns
- Monitor key online marketing metrics, track success and adapt accordingly
- Build and nurture strong community of Archviz professionals
- Lead the process of creation of educational materials such as videos and tutorials. Distribute and promote all educational materials in relevant internal and external channels
- Promote technology partners campaigns and updates
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new developments
Skills and expertise we seek:
- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing
- Experience in creative content writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian

Role overview:
The 3D Architectural Artist is in charge of supporting clients select the best software tools for their workflows and solving technical challenges with the respective tools. Having high expertise in the represented software this role will create training materials/educational videos and other needed content.
Your focus will be on helping the sales and marketing team demonstrate the capabilities and advantages of our solutions. With your technical and artistic expertise you will create educational and training materials and host webinars, so the members of our community learn the art and craft of 3D visualization and take their projects to the next level. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your talent and independently complete different visualization projects.
If you are a self-driven, adaptive, and collaborative 3D Architectural visualization artist, with a strong customer service attitude and passion for teaching, then this role is for you.
What you will do:
- Support the sales and marketing team in delivering client presentation and product demos
- Create content for promotional purposes
- Technical support, responsible for customer success
- Craft training and educational materials for our community
- Prepare and deliver customized customer trainings
- Test new software and integrate it in your own workflow
- Help define new product and service offerings
Skills and expertise we seek:
- 5 + years of experience in architectural or interior design
- Professional usage and proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, Twinmotion, ArchiCAD, Revit and similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of all aspects of 3D content creation, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, and individually
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and workload to meet all schedules and deadlines
- Attention to details and quality
- Customer-centric approach and attitude
- Willingness to jump and help whenever is needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian
